When was the last time you called on an ally?
And by ally, I mean a friend, a family member, a loved one, a colleague, or a mentor among others.
Sometimes we’re so stressed out, frustrated, sad, or all over the place (been there!) that we forget to reach out to our allies. In fact, we forget we have them and tend to put all of our focus on the people or situations that are causing our pain and anxiety.
There is only one thing worse than fighting with allies, and that is fighting without them.” Winston Churchill
Yes, I know that we can do things alone, but we don’t have to! In my experience, it’s much more fun to do things alongside someone who supports and uplifts you. An ally can help with accountability, support, motivation, inspiration, or with a smile.
Ask for what you need!
An ally can make the difference between accomplishing your task tomorrow or completing it years from now. Check out this week’s video and get ready to receive support!
Once you’ve watched the video and put into action what I shared, I want to hear all about it. Give me the details! Your story may just be the inspiration that another reader needs to see their life transformed too.
Thank you for jumping in and if you have a best friend who needs to hear it too, share the love. I’ll be waiting with open arms.
With love & joy,
